The buckwheat noodles here had a wonderful aroma, full of scents like grains and vegetation, and had the sweet taste and firm texture, and it was the best buckwheat noodles.The soup is a soy sauce with a sweetness and a deep flavor, and the dashi stock has a subdued scent with a good umami flavor and is well-balanced.You can enjoy soba slowly in the calm shop.
